Bill has served for over 40 years at Taylor Strategy Partners (TSP) and is currently the CEO and Partner. During his tenure with TSP, Bill has been responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the firm’s largest clients, leading to his success in building and expanding offices throughout the US. Earlier in his career, Bill was a senior manager for one of the largest search firms in the country. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Miami University.
After joining Taylor Strategy Partners (TSP) in 1993, Mickey was named Partner in 2000 and was promoted to President in 2008. As President, he has been instrumental in the development of our clinical and commercial practices and has built long-term strategic partnerships with clients. He has also led the expansion of TSP service offerings and opened offices in New York City and Chicago. Mickey began his career at Exel Logistics in the corporate marketing group focused on the consumer products sector where he worked with clients such as Procter & Gamble, Kellogg’s and Nabisco. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Jon has served for over 30 years at Taylor Strategy Partners. As Executive Vice President and Partner, he was instrumental in the growth and development of the firm. His responsibilities include consulting, client development and expanding the executive mentorship program. Jon’s career began with 10 years of successful sales, management and operations responsibilities with Ashland Chemical Corporation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.

Upon graduation from the University of Notre Dame, K.C. joined Taylor Strategy Partners (TSP) more than 10 years ago and rose quickly through the ranks to her current position as Executive Vice President of Business Operations. She has delivered on senior level searches and strategic talent acquisition programs with the firm’s key clients while managing TSP operations to ensure support for all services. K.C. is an active member in many industry associations including the Healthcare Businesswoman's Association (where she was named a HBA Rising Star in 2009) and Society for Human Resource Management.
Todd is VP Managing Director, who has been with TSP for over 8 years. He is the client and business development lead for the Chicago, Kansas City and New York offices. He and his team of executive recruiters have a broad range of experience and specializes in multiple pharmaceutical and consumer niches including: Commercial, Clinical, Advertising, Interactive and Med Ed. Prior to TSP, Todd was a Sales Associate for a leading Sports Marketing firm based in Chicago. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Denison University.
Drew is the client lead for TSP’s Columbus office and has more than eight years of executive search and staffing experience, including five years with TSP. He is responsible for leading a recruiting teams on multiple consumer package goods and life sciences searches, primarily in the areas of sales, marketing, regulatory, clinical and medical. Prior to TSP, Drew worked for Randstad, aleading international staffing organization in their Washington, DC office. He received his Bachelors Degree from Union College.

Chad joined TSP in 2011 to lead the Consulting and Assessment practice. In this capacity, he consults with clients on a wide variety of talent acquisition and talent management projects. Prior to joining TSP, Chad was a senior consultant with Aon Hewitt, where managed large-scale selection engagements with Fortune 500 companies. Chad holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Wright State University. He completed his undergraduate work at Wittenberg University. He is a frequent speaker and presenter at national conferences, and his research on human capital issues has been quoted in publications such as HR Magazine.
